The Order Fulfillment Process
Step 1 - Store your inventory in the CFS warehouse.Our warehouse is new, clean, safe and climatically controlled to protect your products' shelf life. |
Step 2 - Your product is ordered.Our call center will receive your customer's order on-line, by phone, fax or mail order. |
Step 3 - The order is invoiced.Our customer service representative will invoice the order and keep track of your inventory levels. We will promptly contact your customer if there are any questions concerning the order or if a backorder of your product should occur. |
Step 4 - Your customer’s payment is processed.Your customer’s payment is secure. Credit card payments will be electronically transmitted by credit card terminal programmed to deposit directly into your merchant account. CFS will handle the banking of check and money orders directly into your account. As an alternative, a Pay Pal merchant account can manage your customer’s payments. |
Step 5 - Your product is prepared for shipping.Our warehouse will identify the goods to be shipped from our warehouse shelves (pick and pack), enclose a packing slip or shipping documents and package and label them so they will arrive unharmed and in good condition. CFS will also kit your merchandise prior to shipping or provide assemblage, if needed. |
Step 6 - Your product is shipped.We ship anywhere in the world! Our company utilizes all major vendors for shipping! We will determine which shipping method will get your product to your customer the quickest and most economical way allowing you, our client, to maximize on your profit. |
Step 7 - Your product arrives at your customer’s door or post office!The service that CFS offers does not stop here! We are here to track your customer’s order if it does not arrive in a timely manner or to answer any questions once the order has arrived and to handle returns. |
Step 8 - Order Management, Database Management and Sales Reporting.After your orders have been fulfilled and your customer is happy, CFS will handle the essentials of managing your on-line store of products so you can focus on what you do best – creating and marketing your products. CFS will provide you with monthly sales and inventory reports and take care of other time consuming and costly administrative tasks for you. Due to an increased request for administrative assistance for On-line registration for seminars, speaking events, conferences and workshops CFS is pleased to announce the addition of this service to it’s offerings. CFS will process pre-registration payments, maintain database information on registrants and workshop selections. We assemble conference packets and pre-ship books, DVDs or other media associated with conferences or events directly to the site or to the registrant.
