CFS Participates in Poets & Writers Weekend
Manchester, VT was the site of the 1st Annual Poets and Writers Weekend sponsored by the Greater Manchester Arts Council. The weekend was filled with workshops, readings and literary events for the emerging writer. CFS participated in the culminating event of the weekend, a panel discussion regarding independent publishing. Panelists included several independent presses, Sue Leonard, owner of CFS and Northshire Bookstore General Manager, Chris Morrow. The Northshire Bookstore is the first independent bookstore in the US to have a Print on Demand Expresso Book Machine (EBM). There are only 4 other EBM’s in the world. CFS Attends Florida Publishers Association Ed-U-Conference
Owner of Cornerstone Fulfillment Service, LLC Sue Leonard and Shipping Manager, Terry Leonard were recent participants in the Florida Publishers Association Ed-U-Conference in Fort Lauderdale, FL. The conference was attended to promote new affiliations with authors, publishers, printing companies, book marketing professionals and to broaden their understanding of the publishing industry. One of the highlights of the conference was a tour of the Health Communications, Inc. facility in Deerfield Beach, FL.
